poem #1

my heart hurts still,

for what has come to pass,

though it was so long ago,

i can still remember,

the extreme pain,

brought by each waiting blow.

my eyes still weep,

at the very thought,

of going back,

to the way things were.

with starving children,

beaten babies,

and cheater wives.

now the world is better,

and brighter,

always sunny, barely grey.

all because we aren't with you anymore.

even though it kills me,

i think back and say "this is what made me who i am today."

this is me. just trying to live me life my way...

hello everyone. my name is hannah. my friends said i should start a blog and post my poems on it. im not quite sure how good they are though. so if they end up sucking, im sorry.

Book Reviews and Everything Random!

Me and my coworkers, 'Mimi' and her six year old sister 'Jelly Bean'(she chose it...), are going to have a 'random' blogging site where I can put photos, reviews, thoughts, and interesting stories.

Just to get things started lets have a discussion on the kids movie 'Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs'.

Smurf's thoughts- " I didn't really like it... it had it's moments but it was really degrading to nerds."

Mimi's thoughts- " I agree with Smurf. Very degrading. But however it did seem to appeal to the younger crowd as it was supposed to. All in all it was an okay movie, it did indeed have it's moments, but it is not a movie that I would want to watch over again... Now Avatar on the other hand.... (:"

Jelly Bean's thoughts- "I liked it. I liked when it rained ice cream!"
